I'm a photographer and filmmaker based in Denver, Colorado. I create nature photography and timelapses, animation as well as portrait photography and event photography and cinematography.
I came into the world of photography through my love of cinema. With the release of the Canon 5D Mark II, the world of 35mm-style filmmaking was opened to everyone. I shot short films, documentaries, events, stop motion animation, and, yes, still photography.
My journey into photography as an artform has always been rooted in storytelling. With one question: How do I tell a complete story in ONE image?
From there new questions emerge. What can a face say? How can I show time, change, the crossing of bodies through space in time, and do it in ONE image...
